We filmed this workout at beautiful Crater Lake, the deepest and in my opinion the most beautiful lake in the USA! This workout will tighten, tone and firm your entire upper body! I am using 3 lb. hand weights in this workout, I recommend 2-3 lb. or 1-1.5 kg hand weights for this workout.
