  • May Makeover Core Workout

    Episode 1

    We will be working through several different ranges of motion to target every area of the core. We will be focusing on the rectus abdominals, the deep core stabilising muscles and the internal and external obliques for a complete core makeover!

  • Glow Back

    Episode 3

    For this workout, we will be lying in a prone position the entire time to strengthen, tone and define the back extensors. This will improve posture, ease back pain and balance your core strength. Grab some cushioning (e.g. a folded towel) if you have sensitive hips and let's get started!

  • Bend And Flex With The Band

    Episode 4

    We will be using the resistance band to stretch and lengthen throughout entire body! We will be opening and releasing the chest, hamstrings, hips, lower back and any areas you may be stiff and tight!

    All you need for this workout is your resistance band to enhance the stretches.

  • Glow Arms With Weights

    Episode 5

    For this workout, we will be incorporating hand weights to really enhance the resistance, turn up the burn and see results! You can choose to sit however you like, or you can even stand! I am using 0.5 kg weights, but you can use up to 1 kg for an extra challenge!

  • New You Stretch Routine

    Episode 6

    This is a fantastic, relaxing, stretching routine with all my favourite dynamic stretches to really lengthen, define and tone the muscles!

  • New You Upper Body Workout

    Episode 7

    This workout was filmed at the magnificent White Sands Monument, New Mexico.
    In this workout we will be using 1kg (2 lb) hand weights to really sculpt, tone and bring out the definition in your upper body!
