Tutorial: How To Perfect The Leg Circle! The leg circle is one of my favourite exercises. The main aim is pelvic stability, abdominal strength and control. When only one of our extremities is moving at any given time, it means that it is a “pure" stability exercise, the rest of our body is still and strong and only the limb is moving. This tutorial will perfect your leg circle and give you a deeper body awareness and understanding!
