This express 15-minute standing workout is a cardio and toning routine that will have you sweating as you sculpt! We will be using dynamic moves that work the global muscles and the deeper, intrinsic muscles at the same time to give you an effective, efficient workout!
Today we are using the ankle weights AND hand weights! We'll be combining them to sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body! This workout commences with a standing segment to get the heart pumping and legs burning, followed by a mat session with both pieces of apparatus to define every muscle!
