Pilates strengthens these stabilising muscles and provides athletes with the core strength, endurance and flexibility they require to perform at their peak. With this workout, you will dramatically improve your balance and control, increase blood flow to the internal muscles that support your spine and also acquire precision, coordination and power. All of the exercises are challenging, fun and functional.
