In this incredible reformer workout, we will be incorporating hand weights to really enhance our workout and take it to the next level! We will be performing traditional lower-body and core moves whilst incorporating the upper body with our weights!
We will be using the reformer box to engage, strengthen and transform the intrinsic muscles of the core. We will be focusing deeply on the upper and lower abdominals, the internal and external obliques and also the all important back extensors.
