This three-part Resistance Plus series is designed to lift, tone and sculpt the entire body! We will be working through every possible range of motion with our weights to strengthen the Powerhouse, improve your posture and define the lower body! The workouts are designed to be done together, do one for a quick workout blast, two for a challenging workout, or all three for a complete body, comprehensive Pilates with weights class!
