In this workout we will be using the incredible magic circle in a side lying position so we can target the lower body from every possible angle! We will be focusing on the outer thighs, glutes, inner thigh and hamstrings to not only sculpt and tone the legs, but also stabilise the pelvis, strengthen the hip joints, banish lower back pain and knee pain and improve posture!
