Today's workout is all about being and strong and supple throughout pregnancy! We are going to be doing a FANTASTIC workout that will strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body. We will be working our core, every inch of lower body and finishing off with some incredible upper body sculpting moves! All you'll need is a pair of 0.5kg (1lb) hand weights, no weights? No problem! A couple of cans of baked beans, tinned tomatoes, water bottles or anything else you have on hand are the perfect substitute!
We will be doing sculpting, toning, strengthening, and stretching moves to completely prepare the body for birth so that you are strong, flexible, agile, and fit throughout pregnancy and beyond! I was 32 weeks at the time of filming, however, you can do this throughout any stage of your pregnancy.
In today's efficient, effective, complete body routine, we will be using the resistance band in every possible position and range of motion to strengthen and tone the upper body, sculpt the powerhouse, and tone the lower body!
