We filmed this workout at Green Lake in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia. This town is famous for it's Winter sports so it was appropriate to film an athletic conditioning circuit routine! For skiing and snowboarding you need strength, endurance and stamina in your stabilising muscles such as the gluteus medius and the internal and external oblique muscles. We are going to be working on all of these deep underlying muscles, making it the perfect workout no matter what sport you do! Even if you're not into sports, this workout will cinch your waist, tone your arms and define your lower body, giving you a Pilates figure!
