Today will be an overview of the traditional Short Box and Long Box exercises. The short box and long box are the same piece of apparatus, it's simply determined by which way the box is placed on the carriage! The options are endless with the box, so let's explore it's versatility!
The 1.2m wooden dowel I am using in this video was purchased at Bunnings, a hardware department store. These are useful in your Reformer practice however they are not essential, I try to keep the usage of props in our Reformer workouts to a minimum for convenience and ease of use for everyone.
