This anti-aging face lifting routine only takes 10 minutes per day. It is designed to do of a morning or night time as a part of your daily beauty routine when you are applying moisturiser, oils or serum. It helps eliminate toxins and improve lymphatic drainage, reduces tension in the muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles, boosts blood circulation for glowing skin and tones the facial muscles!
