This is my all-time favourite go-to workout when I want to feel SORE the next day (and the day after that!)
We will be working into the deep, intrinsic muscles that support and stabilise the hips, pelvis and spine whilst also toning and lifting everything from behind!

Bend And Flex With The Band
We will be using the resistance band to stretch and lengthen throughout entire body! We will be opening and releasing the chest, hamstrings, hips, lower back and any areas you may be stiff and tight!
All you need for this workout is your resistance band to enhance the stretches.

New You Butt Firmer
In this incredible routine, we will be working from a side-lying position with the resistance band to completely sculpt, tone, lift and firm the entire lower body! The glutes, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs will be challenged and transformed, get ready to work that band!
