In this workout we will be working with the overball to lift, sculpt and tone that behind! We will be using the ball to correct our alignment, enhance our engagement and provide just that little bit of extra resistance for extra results!
In this workout, we will be utilising the booty band to sculpt, tone and lift the booty! We will be working the hamstrings, glutes, inner and outer thighs to ensure everything is nice and sculpted and lifted!
This workout incorporates the booty band to tone, lengthen and define the legs! We will be moving through every possible range of motion to target and tone every inch of the lower body.
Today we are working on powering up the Powerhouse, increasing stamina and definition in the lower body and increasing strength in the upper body with the assistance of hand weights!
