In this workout we are using our ankle weights to strengthen, lengthen, tone and define the entire lower body using the resistance of the ankle weights! In this workout I am using 1kg (2lb) ankle weights, but you can also omit the weights and still get a fantastic lower body burn!

Bridge your way to a better behind. Resistance band is optional!

Tone and define the entire midline. This workout will also strengthen the knee joint!
