This workout focuses on the transverse abdominals, the deep stabilising muscles that help to stabilise the pelvis, strengthen the entire powerhouse and support the entire spine! You will also dramatically strengthen the pelvic floor by learning how to engage and strengthen this small but mighty group of muscles. The best part is not only will we tone and strengthen the core, but most importantly improve function, stamina, control and power!
