In Pilates there is a strong emphasis on form, but not so much that the movements are robotic! This workout creates a beautiful flow that redefines and challenges your body. The sequence of movements flow seamlessly from one position to the next to stretch and work those muscles! The connection you feel during this session that each movement creates gives you a sense of flowing energy. I just had to film this workout to share with all of you because I love it so much. Enjoy!
