This 25 minute workout video is designed to not only create the ultimate range of motion in your spine for incredible flexibility, but also relieve lower back pain, sciatica and eliminate aches and pains forever! The majority of back pain is caused by tightness and weakness in the stabilising muscles and mal-alignment of the pelvis and spine. These stretches not only help to realign and lengthen the spine and keep the pelvis in it's neutral position, but they also release tight muscles to eliminate pain for good!
