Dancers are INCREDIBLE athletes, however for longevity, safety, body awareness and preservation of the joints, tissue and muscles, Pilates is the ULTIMATE cross training addition!
This workout is designed to improve a dancers (and dancers at heart!) understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment. We will be focusing on the small, intrinsic muscles that protect the spine, pelvis, hip, knees and ankles. So if you’re a professional dancer or just want to create the long, lean lines of a ballerina, this workout is for you!
