Today is all about band sculpting! We are using the PBL Resistance Band Set to create the ultimate toning, lengthening and effective band workout! For this workout you will need the PBL booty bands and the PBL long resistance band, available here: https://pilatesbylisa.com.au/product/ultimate-resistance-band-package/
Tip: If you don't have a booty band, just tie your long resistance band into a loop, it does the trick!
