Welcome to your daily workout schedule!

Here you will find all of your daily workouts so you can mix and match your sessions, no decision fatigue here! These workouts are personally curated by Lisa to ensure you get maximum results and the most effective workout possible! Your schedule is set out as follows:

1. Classic Workout: The first workout in the playlist is your Classic daily workout. This is a short, sharp and effective Classic PBL workout in our signature style! These workouts typically have a specific focus and are carefully selected weekly to make sure you get not only variety, but also INCREDIBLE results!
2. PBL LIVE: The second workout in the playlist is our daily, full-length PBL LIVE session. These workouts are 45-60 minute full body sessions, exactly like a studio workout with Lisa! These are for members who want a comprehensive, longer, full-body workout. These will also include with our PBL LIVE Express sessions!
3. Reformer Workout: The third workout in the playlist is our daily Reformer workout. This is for our member's who have a reformer machine and want to take their practice to the next level with these unparalleled, world-class workouts!
4. Bonus Workout: The final video in the playlist is our bonus workout. This is a short and sweet, Classic PBL workout that is carefully selected to be either a simple, short workout blast on it's own, or paired with any of the other three scheduled workouts to give your workout a boost and make any of your sessions just that little bit longer but so much more effective!

  • H.E.A.T. Upper Body Band Workout

    The focus of this H.E.A.T workout is upper body strength, mobility and muscle tone, with an emphasis on the postural muscles. Feel strong, athletic and powerful with this incredible workout!

    All you need for this workout is a long resistance band, let's get started!

  • PBL LIVE 19: Matwork

    Today we will be completing a comprehensive full body workout. We will focus on sculpting and toning the entire Powerhouse, working on upper body strength and improving spinal extension and also strengthening and toning the entire lower body!

  • Instant Butt Lift Reformer Workout

    We will be using the reformer today to sculpt, tone and lift the butt by working the hamstrings, the glute medius and also the inner and outer thighs for a complete lower body transformation!

  • Rapid Results Workout

    This workout is the best way to fast track your results!
    This challenging 15 minute session covers all of your bases: a strong core segment, challenging lower body moves and upper body sculptors!
    Maximum results in minimum time, it does fly when you're having fun!
