In this workout we will be performing unique, fun movements on the mat to not only strengthen, sculpt and tone the entire lower body but also create supple, flexible muscles!
This workout incorporates the booty band to shred, tone, lengthen and define the legs! We will be moving through every possible range of motion to target and tone every inch of the lower body.
In this workout, we will be utilising the booty band to sculpt, tone and lift the booty! We will be working the hamstrings, glutes, inner and outer thighs to ensure everything is nice and sculpted and lifted!
In this workout we will be using the foam roller to rest, restore and recover, getting deep into the tissues and muscles with this invigorating massage technique so we can release and relax the entire body!
