In this workout we are using the PBL Booty Band to really hone in and focus on...the booty! We will be building strength, stamina and support by not only focusing on muscle tone and endurance, but also on building stability around the hip, knee, pelvis and spine.
In this workout we will be working with the overball to lift, sculpt and tone that behind! We will be using the ball to correct our alignment, enhance our engagement and provide just that little bit of extra resistance for extra results!
In this workout we are using our ankle weights to strengthen, lengthen, tone and define the entire lower body using the resistance of the ankle weights! In this workout I am using 1kg (2lb) ankle weights, but you can also omit the weights and still get a fantastic lower body burn!
