The workouts are ordered Monday through Friday. Each day starts with your designated Glow workout, followed by your daily bonus workout. This order allows the bonus workout to commence playing straight after your Glow session with no extra effort required. This challenge is designed to get you moving with "just five minutes" of exercise and then keep you going! Please refer to your interactive challenge eBook for a clear and concise daily schedule.

    For this workout, we will be incorporating hand weights to really enhance the resistance, turn up the burn and see results! You can choose to sit however you like, or you can even stand! I am using 0.5 kg weights, but you can use up to 1 kg for an extra challenge!

    In this workout we will be utilising our 1kg (2 lb) hand weights to slim and sculpt every inch of your body! We will be working on toning the Powerhouse, defining the lower body and chiseling the arms!

  • Glow Legs

    This workout will be performed in a four-point kneeling position, targeting the glutes and hamstrings for a fantastic, effective lower-body workout! No equipment is needed, so let's get started!

  • Resistance Plus Ab Workout

    In today's workout we will be working with our hand weights to sculpt, tone, define and use that extra resistance to our advantage to create a strong Powerhouse! I am using 0.5 kg (1lb) hand weights, but you could also use 1 kg (2lb) hand weights for that extra challenge!

    This 5-minute workout hones in on the sides of the body, targeting and toning the internal and external obliques! This is en excellent way to work the deep muscles of the core efficiently and effectively, all you need is five minutes!
