In this workout we will be utilising the PBL Long Resistance Band to work the entire lower body. We will commence the session with a standing segment that will challenge your balance, proprioception and work both the larger global and small intrinsic muscles. We will then move down to the mat for a toning, sculpting segment that will challenge & transform!
