Forward-head posture (often called tech neck) weakens the deep cervical muscles and the platysma, which can soften the jawline and create fullness under the chin.
This gentle 10-minute neck routine strengthens the supportive muscles of the neck, improves posture, and helps restore definition to the jawline naturally.
In this workout we target:
• deep neck flexors (longus colli & longus capitis)
• the platysma
• suprahyoid muscles under the chin
• postural support muscles of the cervical spine
