BEGINNERS: Single Leg Stretch
This exercise is a fantastic core strength and abdominal exercise. It also stretches the hip flexors and flushes toxins from the body by massaging the internal organs, giving what Joe called an internal shower.

Glow Back
For this workout, we will be lying in a prone position the entire time to strengthen, tone and define the back extensors. This will improve posture, ease back pain and balance your core strength. Grab some cushioning (e.g. a folded towel) if you have sensitive hips and let's get started!

Burn It Up Band Workout
We will be using the resistance band to really sculpt, tone and define the lower body! The glutes, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs are going to be burning up in this intense workout!
