Today is all about feet in straps! The benefits of these exercises are endless, they assist in increasing range of motion in the hip joint, increase spinal mobility, improve abdominal strength as well as strengthening, toning and defining the glutes, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs!
This session will teach us how to get in and out of the straps along with the foundation exercises that are the basis of all the work we do with our feet in the straps!
