This routine is the perfect balance of stretching, strengthening, stamina and balance, all of the things we need to prepare us for birth! We will be strengthening all of the muscles that surround the hips including the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and core to keep the joints healthy and posture in tact! We will also be stretching and lengthening the entire lower body to open the hips and lower back, the crucial areas we need mobility.
