Welcome to your weekly workout schedule! Here you will find all of the scheduled workouts for the week so you can easily see your week ahead and plan your workouts with ease and convenience!
These workouts are personally curated by Lisa to ensure you get maximum results and the most effective workout possible! The videos in each of the four schedules in the drop down menu are ordered Monday through to Sunday. Just simply click the drop down menu, choose which schedule you'd like to browse and get ready to workout! It's all set out for you!

  • Bend And Flex With The Band

    Episode 1

    We will be using the resistance band to stretch and lengthen throughout entire body! We will be opening and releasing the chest, hamstrings, hips, lower back and any areas you may be stiff and tight!

    All you need for this workout is your resistance band to enhance the stretches.

  • Amazing Arms Back & Bicep Blitz

    Episode 2

    This workout utilises the resistance band to sculpt and tone the entire posterior chain, particularly through the mid back, We will be also chiseling and reshaping the biceps with challenging, dynamic moves.

  • Awesome Arms & Abs Workout

    Episode 3

    Strengthen your arms and abs with this awesome workout! Using 1 kg hand weights to enhance your workout and get you results faster, this short and sweet workout is guaranteed to strengthen you dramatically! All you need is your hand weights and some determination!

  • Glow Legs

    Episode 4

    This workout will be performed in a four-point kneeling position, targeting the glutes and hamstrings for a fantastic, effective lower-body workout! No equipment is needed, so let's get started!

  • Full Body Tune Up

    Episode 5

    This workout is fantastic if you are preparing for a special event and need a quick, effective workout that gets results fast! Practice this workout in the lead up to the big day to tone and define the entire body. You will be turning heads and dropping jaws with your Pilates body!

  • Everyday Essentials: Arm Weights

    Episode 6

    This is my favourite go-to upper body workout when I am short on time and I REALLY want to feel the burn with the 1 kg hand weights! All you need are your weights and your mat.

    This is the ideal workout for days when you need a quick ab fix. This is the perfect addition to any of our workouts if you want just that little bit of extra core work without having to commit to a full routine!
