These workouts are personally curated by Lisa to ensure you get maximum results and the most effective workout possible! The videos in each of the four schedules in the drop down menu are ordered Monday through to Sunday.     Episode 1

    Episode 2

    This is a side lying routine that is going to hone in and target the lower body, particularly the glute medius. This workout will lift, firm, sculpt and tone your butt, outer thighs and hamstrings!

  • Twist And Shout Workout

    Episode 3

    I've based this routine on movements that involve rotation, twisting and turning your way to a tight and toned midsection! All of the moves in this workout will have you twisting and working those obliques, and the burn will have you shouting by the end!

  • New You Stretch With Band

    Episode 4

    In this workout we will be lengthening our entire body with the assistance of the resistance band. This will have you not only stretching, but also toning and defining every single muscle. All you need is your band and your mat, let’s get started!

  • Strength & Control Upper Body Workout

    Episode 5

    Using the resistance band, we will be working hard to create strength and definition throughout the entire upper body! You will also have greater stability through the shoulder joint, improved posture and no more neck and back pain by stretching and strengthening all of the right places

  • Toned in 10 Upper Body

    Episode 6

    Take ten and create a lean, defined, sculpted upper body! No equipment is required for this workout, we will be creating strong arms, toned backs and lifted chests with just our own body weight! You will be amazed at how effective this workout is with regular practice. Get started today!

  • No Frills Workout

    Episode 7

    This is a short and sharp full body workout for those days when you just don't have time but you still want a really thorough Pilates workout. All you'll need is your mat!
