Rowing is a series of exercises that are traditionally done on the reformer, but today we are going to take it to the mat, perfect your technique and also sculpt, tone and define your upper body! We will be going through different variations with the hand weights, resistance band and also no equipment at all to give you some variations you can use in our upcoming Challenge workouts where the rowing series appears!
