Starting June 1, this is your invitation to commit to yourself for 4 weeks ✨ Short, intense, transformative Pilates designed to fit into the busiest of lives, and deliver results that actually last.
This is the HEAT method at its best: Pilates precision, strength, and intensity stacked into 25-minute sessions you can do anywhere. No gym. No reformer. Just you, your mat, and a community of women doing it alongside you 💪
What's inside the HEAT Challenge:
✨ A full 4-week calendar — every workout mapped out, so you never wonder what to do next
✨ An easy to follow meal prep plan to streamline and simplify healthy eating.
✨ 15 HEAT workouts (including 3 brand new ones filmed especially for this challenge)

How the challenge works:
