In this workout we will be working with the ever-so-versatile resistance band to strengthen and tone every inch of the muscles throughout the posterior chain. We will be working deep into the postural muscles, including the glutes, hamstrings and back extensors to completely transform that posture and have you standing tall and with beautiful poise!
In this incredible workout we will be working and transforming the sides of the body, namely the obliques, outer thighs and glutes to strengthen, tone and define the entire silhouette of the body!
In this workout we are going to unwind, relax and rejuvenate together! These soothing, restorative and feel-good stretches will lengthen out and invigorate our muscles after all of the hard work we've been doing so far. You deserve it!
