There will be a concentration on lengthening the lower body, stretching and lengthening through the spine and also opening and releasing the chest and shoulders. You will feel incredible after this session!

In this workout we will be working with 1kg (2 lb) hand weights to strengthen your upper body, improve your posture and give you strength, grace and poise!
