This workout is specifically designed to drastically improve posture, open the chest, bring the shoulders back and have you standing taller and PROUDER than ever before! We will be working on all of the postural muscles through the posterior chain, including the back extensors, glutes and hamstrings, and also strengthening the core and the entire upper body! For this workout you will also need the Reformer Box handy, so let's get started!
