This is my all time favourite go-to stretch routine after any workout, or if I just want to feel incredible in 20 minutes! Whether you've just done a Pilates By Lisa session or a walk, run, swim or bike ride, this is the ultimate way to finish any workout off! It's a fantastic, efficient stretch routine that gives you the peace of mind that you've had the best stretch possible that targets every area of the body. In this routine we will be lengthening, releasing and stretching out the hips, back, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, inner and outer thighs and the entire upper body!

This is a nice, simple and effective stretching routine to finish the week with after all of our hard work! We will be focusing on the main trouble areas: spinal mobility, hip flexibility and hamstring length to give you a well-rounded 5-minute flexibility boost!
