PBL LIVE 50: Ankle & Hand Weights

Today we are using the ankle weights AND hand weights! We'll be combining them to sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body! This workout commences with a standing segment to get the heart pumping and legs burning, followed by a mat session with both pieces of apparatus to define every muscle!
The equipment is, as always, completely optional, take it at your own pace and rest whenever you need to!
