It’s so important to give the hips and particularly the Psoas (the hip flexor muscle) the attention they so desperately need!
Regardless of whether you have an office job and you spend hours sitting at your desk, or you are extremely active with cycling, hiking, running etc. it is inevitable that your hips will be tight without proper stretching.
It’s essential that we all focus on lengthening and stretching this area to prevent knee and hip injuries, to maintain the health of the hip joint and to ensure our pelvis is correctly aligned to avoid lower back pain.
This workout stretches the hips through every possible range of motion including flexion, extension and rotation to ensure your hip joint is as fluid and flexible as possible!
All you need for these exercises is your mat, so let’s get started!
